Proactive - CMT aren't even operator, but they are taking the initiative in evaluating development options. Perhaps TLM not so proactive. Personally I prefer the western province gas aggregator model, as they could commercialise a lot more gas, but seems like FLNG could be cheaper and simpler.
Again, I like what I see with these blokes.
