Good post, although I would perhaps change the last word Leightons to perhaps say - everywhere.
Seriously how many were surprised when the offer came? We all knew, I've 'known' for a long time as have almost everyone at every Insto in the country. Rumours, suspicions and calculated assumptions do not fall under the umbrella of insider trading - but we all knew.
