it is actually not great news, they just carry on holding on under performing business, they need more than just Woolie to make it viable...more time devoted to under performing business where as that time can be spent combating Coles and Woolies squeezing their price and margin
they have a great opportunity to exit,flock it to someone and write it off a bad business and move forward but instead they now burden with under perming division.
but I like the news because it will drive this stocker lower at some points it has a decent margin of safety and I am in :-)
