"equity grab by the big guys". That's another angle didn't think of but makes a lot of sense as well given level/standard of news recently and the like. They would profit handsomely and I guess by underwriting the CR that is a way of ensuring rights not taken up stay with the big boys - diluting SH's and increasing larger SH's equity. Still can't understand this type of reasoning but could make sense out of why the SP has stagnated then dropped - unless shorters present?. Anyhow SP under CR price at the moment.
