I am trying to cancel my membership
I don't want it anymore
I sent emails, tried the phone, actually got thru
Apparently its cancelled after 8 emails and 2 hrs on hold over 2 days
hopefully its cancelled, will know for sure if they direct debit me again
I asked for a reference number for the cancelation and/or to confirm by email and was told we don't do that.
couldn't be any harder to deal with if you tried, and I was a paid up member, im meant to be one of the good guys
