Bergen makes their money from liquid shares. They sell their issued shares on market as soon as they get it. Bergen simply nets the discount proto gives them as profit.
I think the end is near for this company. AM has no credibility in the market after so many poor performance and none delivery. As I wrote previously, I doubt Bergen will be interested to continue their arrangement because the liquidity in prw has been non existent for months now with the price stagnant at $0.001 despite consolidation.
the meager amount to be raised even when fully subscribed is paltry and won't last more than a quarter or two. Then even more capital raising is necessary.
the purchase of the last questionable tenement really angers me. Why would anyone in their right mind would conduct such stunt is. Beyond me.
