decided to offload my small parcel, have got bored with the sp and will sell at a small profit - already have in my retail superfund so no point waiting any longer - feel it should go up much higher one day, divis have paid for trade costs well and truly...depends if you want in your investment pf or a little trading pf whether you hold or not.. have too many sock drawer stox now so doing a big cleanup, and mirvac's sp has not done as well as it might have given the rest of the asx... but a buck is a buck and the divi still ok if you are after that, good luck all.
