Good to have you back, you consider what we (I) offer is useless because it is not positive? only positive posts should be allowed? don't know about you but I have learnt a huge amount from the ESN threads as I am sure others have. I would assume you underand the notes/options and how they can be used to make alot of $ and finance the company at some one elses expence, others may not know and may be interested.
