    re: Ann: Receipt of Revised Formal Offer to G... It was important to have all the Court decisions stipulated on the letter and the grant.

    This grant will be much easier and more valuable for the operator than other grants.

    The conditions do not hold as many constraints that are currently involved with other grants and native title issues.

    This was a first and adds value.
