Hey just a note of interest as I only had my memory refreshed the other day looking over the old anns. It was FMG that put that price on Derby. They were going to buy 25% of Derby off OBL for $1.75M. Now it also came with the 18% stake and further drilling but that's what Buru used to price the offer to Backreef and then OBL to OXX. So it's actually been through 3 negotiations now. I was surprised I didn't remember that as part of the initial deal.
