Im not a holder however I find it hard to swallow what youve written ironjack.
I work in the sector and am aware how diligent management need to be to stay on top of projects.
It sounds as though the whole contract review system was a complete failure. And due diligence does not seem to have entered into managements mindset at any time during their tenure.
This along with the article in the Australian that informed of management making sure their relocation to the east coast was sorted just prior to waving the white flag absolutely stinks....
