I do understand the different set up for production but
in selling the rigs that would mean no more drilling in the Philippians, no more testing holes, no more exploration.

It sounds like Dennis has got the farm out deal just about done(with upfront cash)so we can all go and live in France.
the French licences and permits should get approved in March with the change of local Government there.
