Its a flip of the coin, but probably Cadloe been taken off their hands.
However the engineer Ian Ripley seems outstanding (and has equity in the project) and Woodrose (conditional buyer of the Viking Energy portion) could have got things together. They did get some minor finance recently. See TSX Ann
Also OXX / Albers group are no slouches when it comes to getting things happening. They are all action, but without luck to date.
There is time to do drilling before the next typhoon season hits if they start very soon.
