I hear you, and you may be correct, non the less no information except the announcement has been released.
To discount the chance of recovery (if any) is more so risky than not being involved at least at the registration stage.

It is no cost to share holders, and the lawyers will decide who is entitled to what and who should be in the class action or not.
To assume and announce defeat at this early stage is beyond me.
Suit your self.

I urge all who have 1 or 1 mil shares to register and let the IMF sort it out.
