I too am waiting for an update from the IG/lawyers. I was expecting one last week but we all need to be patient for a little longer. The IG leader/s are keeping costs to an absolute minimum and I can say with absolute certainty, the thousands of combined hours, yes thousands, that has been spent on gathering evidence, researching the company's past, the directors past and present, Steve Graves etc has all been done for zero payment ! Wherever this company has operated, it has been investigated. Whatever County, past names, addresses etc I am told has been turned inside out. This show's me the absolute determination and commitment given by the IG Manager in his quest for clarification and answers to this story.
The last time I spoke with the IG the junior Barrister and lawyers were going through all the evidence, documentation. From there it was going to the lead barrister W Alstergren SC ( below ) whom was recently appointed as the Chairman of the Victorian Barr Association, so I think we are in good hands.
I am positive we ( paid up members ) will be informed very soon as to when the Lawyers will engage Steve Graves, Directors etc etc. heres.johnny I'm not sure if you read my post but, as of a couple of weeks ago, because of security reasons and at the request of Mr Alstergren, limited information/updates regarding the construction of the IG case, will only be given to paid up members of the action.
