But,it is next to impossible, to analyse the day to day contractural performance of each and every project that the company undertakes.MAH had a similiar problem and no-one, but no-one saw it coming.

Did the Employees see this coming?
Did the bank that lent them the money?
Did the Funds that invested on others behalf?
Did the Sub-contractors see it coming?
And what about the clients?...Did they know?

Probably not,to all the above...else they would have steered clear before doing business with the company.
