I just came across this stock and was pretty impressed, until i saw the Feb meeting to try to replace the directors. I have a few concerns:
- what are the chances of them winning this vote?
- what percentage of the company do these guys own?
- do they have enough shares to manipulate the SP down to mess with the company in some way?
