I don't know what their criteria are, I imagine there is a cost to the company in order to get on the recommendation list. Could be wrong about that ?

Funny, PVD is all the rage atm with predictions of 400% rise etc and thats exactly what we are looking at here for Cott but without the risk of having to drill a well...
