dfast, I'm afraid you're dreamin'. They know what they have in the ground from the drilling. That's why they drill, to see what is there rather than just dig dirt out at random and hope it has some silver in it ....
What many producers do achieve is a greater resource as time goes on, but better grades are not common. the company cannot "improve" upon the grade. If grades get better than drilled it is good luck. If they get worse, bad luck.
Belief in grade improvement as an investment strategy is risky, IMO and experience.
