ScottLu13 - I agree, as I have held for over 12 months and watched this bad boy rise, then fall, and now rise again...

The sellers are the guys who got in recently, who are now looking to exit with some solid short term returns.

With reference to comments made over the last few days, I reckon with low cash reserves that CR or debt are the alternative options if a farm out partner cannot be found. Given what CR did last time I reckon these guys will go debt as a preference, but again, only if reasonable farm out partner can't be secured. That said, given what they're sitting on I'll be surprised in they do not find one...
