Andy.. I cannot speak for the others but there are reasons for supplying links etc.
#1 - It doesn’t fill the post up with so much stuff that is impossible to follow, although it can make the post seem to be vague or cryptic etc. because of the lack of words. Only interested people will go to the trouble of researching the links. When I originally purchased MXL Limited I did not care about the who’s who etc. I was only interested in the product potential as I am sure a lot on here are only concerned with kNeoworld’s potential and fair enough.
#2 – Links supply support for what you are saying – Posts can be moderated for – ramping, low content, off topic, unsubstantiated claims, flaming the list is endless. I got suspended last year for something like 80000 days for this one
“Love this one” – “What’s unsubstantiated, it’s all my opinion”
The person that posted “What’s unsubstantiated, it’s all my opinion” used the TOU on it. He didn’t clarify his original posts as his opinion only and they read like they were facts, when challenged by others his reply was “What’s ……” Also as I have previously stated, the more you know the more you will understand and the less cryptic things will sound, I cannot follow a lot of other company threads the posters know what they are on about but I have no idea, it’s all cryptic.
More than one poster in the last few months has made a comment along the lines of “knowing the players involved” bit cryptic, yes it is, how they could go further than that and stay inside HC guidelines, I don’t know because I don’t know who they are talking about.
By posting small amounts of information, getting readers, if they are interest to read links they can draw their own conclusions, maybe not a good way to go about things but unfortunately by doing so hopefully no one steps over the very fine line.
Again, I am not implying that anything illegal has ever been done.
Maybe new threads should be started then if no one is interest they will not read them and waste their time.
