Capital international has been topping up big time at average price of $3.07.

For those who dont know who they are.....MSCI index is Morgan Stanley Capital International.

THEY ARE BIG. And they are interested in a little old Aussie company that owns a few airports around the place.

Seriously guys...when they bought a minority holding in Coppenhagen,,,,I was very critical....but now it all makes sense.....these guys are playing 3 moves ahead....very very smart, and at almost 1/3 the pe of Budapest.

I love this stock.
