    great!! I wonder if he used his shareholding as leverage to get on the board or if he is somewhat in bed with the others

    I guess it cant get any worse, we are trading well below cash backing, if he sells the assets for $5-10m and winds up the company then he can have my vote. A 15c capital return would be well received.
