the dividend is 100% tax deferred.....I'll take that over fully franked any day of the week.

I have sat with a number of the broking analysts who have spoken re MAp, and they still dont know exactly how to value this stock.....and that is there own admission.

I hold a bucket load of stock and dont have any plans to sell them.....for a very very very long time.

The dividend will keep increasing over the next 10 years.....been to Sydney airport lately?????

New office block where the carpark use to be....Mac Bank are a property development business....and who owns valuable land banks close to major cities????? AIRPORTS!!!
