all the other trains have been sold out from what i understand. being a early mover might cost you a bit more, but they ( other trains ) have now forced shell to pull out. shell arrow will now most likely simply be a supplier to other jvs, most likely improving the economics of the whole sector.

i contact i have in o & g in qld remarked to me a few years ago, "yep not enough room for 4 trains in qld , someone will have to go , and all of them were working hard to ensure it was not them "
