What a disaster this Company is. Do we really believe management can run the business well if they are having so much difficulty putting to bed the meeting approved re capitalisation plans. Did they do there due diligence on the funds etc. How about an up date on the actual business, and the effect of not having the funds will be. One has to be very sceptical of both the Managements ability and the source of the funds capabilities. I should of relised that old adage "too good to be true" when I read the new investors were going to put in $30 million at 3.5 cents a share and the shares stayed at around 2 cents. Live and learn with a little bit of hope. Lets hope this does not turn into a legal bunfight with management after proposed investors and shareholders after management
