Systematic - the problem is physical demand (ie. people actually taking delivery of the stuff) is not the price setting mechanism. The paper market, backed at a ratio of about 2%, is setting the price. Take a sack of freshly printed cash lent at 0% interest and sell a stack of silver you have no capacity to deliver to a person with no intention of taking delivery.

On a CCU note, some pretty solid volume coming through today, with the price holding up well!
