I'm interested in why you believe they may be a good fit. Had a quick look at PFG's presentation and forward looking estimates...seems that it has potential and some synergies would be realised if YBR were to acquire.
Would assist YBR in expanding for sure but some risk of course as YBR is still concentrating on consolidating its own growth story which was only average on the last update.
