Correct me if I am wrong.
Employee strike price on options is 4 cents with a life of 2years.
Also possibly the real reason for the meeting is to replenish the 15%.
Management will need to get off there arse and change there game plan to get the options in the money.
So far all we get is b/s and a work rate that puts management in the semi- retirement category. Sorry. Full retirement.
