I would say judging by the market action an announcement is not too far off. This I had worked out and posted in previous posts after attending the agm.
It is also clear from reading all the previous announcements that Key has brilliantly strategically repositioned all their tenements to have a majority control and thereby able to dictate the terms to any potential farm in partner
