Gill, c/o 390 Bay Street, Suite 806, Toronto, Ontario, M5H 2Y2, announces that on December 16, 2013 he acquired direct ownership and control of 20,000,000 common shares ("Shares") of TriAusMin Limited (TSX: TOR) (the "Reporting Issuer") at an average price of $0.02 per Share through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange. Immediately following the acquisition of these 20,000,000 Shares, Mr. Gill owns an aggregate of 37,223,010 Shares, or approximately 14.81% of the issued and outstanding Shares on a non-diluted basis. Mr. Gill also owns 500,000 stock options exercisable to acquire an aggregate of 500,000 Shares. Assuming the exercise of these stock options, Mr. Gill would directly own and control an aggregate of 37,723,010 Shares, representing approximately 14.98% of the issued and outstanding Shares on a partially-diluted basis. The Shares owned by Mr. Gill are being held for investment purposes.
