That is interesting - so it seems the money will flow back to ROC and JV partners from the initial wells , these funds and perhaps some debt could then be used to fund further development
Balai Cluster was always described as low risk / medium reward so I would suggest there would be 15- 20c cents upside from Balai perhaps higher
