    10M shares in KPL (worth 4.4M) for 5% of the block. They hold 40% more..

    So worth $32M for just Pandora? But that's what KPL have effectively paid (they think it is worth more!) - possibly double? So $64M?? But then discount it by say 50% and you arrive at 32M...

    So effectively 50c per share...

    Now, note KPL has not rallied as well so the market is asleep on both of these!
