What could we infer from the words "corporate transaction" regarding razorback?

Looking a few months back they did say they were in discussions with multiple parties. And could the revised economics over the last couple of months infer that they now meet the requirements for one partner to join the project?

I dont think this is likely to be bad for shareholders but possibly a cap raise in tandem with a new partner?

I hope my increased holding over the last 2 weeks are about to pay off!
