I would have rather them sell the Co up for $5 million and pay the shareholders at least a few cents a share for their pain.

The only possible hope is they dig up some serious grades and volume over the next 12 months.

The current Directors probably didn't have a lot of options left, but they have made sure they still get their pay cheque while us little guys bleed. There won't be a lot of the $600,000 cash left after a couple of years salaries are taken out.
