dont know, but suspect any changes to performance share criteria will be to clarify more specifics rather than make an easier/harder hurdle
yeah 0.6c sux, but it's better than broke, or a stock-for-debt deal. and it doesnt look like it was brokered, so it close to home, thats a pos. wonder if from the register or new?
