hard to see how Cuervo is going to survive until 2014. Surely their creditors are going to start asking questions now that Strike has publicly demanded repayment. Trading insolvent is a very grey area so I think thats probably the reason for the recent director resignations.

they would need to pull off an asset sale asap to survive which seems unlikely. Certainly more beneficial for everyone if they consolidate their assets with SRKs
but unfortunately SRK is trading at 50% of cash backing so offering shares to Ceurvo shareholders would just dilute everyone to nothing. If we were trading at 20c then SRK would have a lot more options to get this deal done quickly. Using cash doesnt help either otherwise they will need to raise more funds.
