LEI below $15 does look cheapish. Mkt is wary of any bad news re-emerging. If bills are paid and disputes are sorted, then price will rebound. All about risk/reward. Still too risky for me but may suit others. LEI at pains to say media exaggerate various issues but somehow they (issues) don't disappear. Hard to know real story.
