At $0.98 about to go ex distribution $0.03 this thing is a bargain.
Essentially a $0.95 purchase price with A grade assets, reasonable gearing, a $1.05 NTA + the successful and very profitable Funds Management business which isn't counted in the NTA.
It's been hard to find bargains in this market recently, but it is great to see some pop up their heads again.
I don't mind whether DXS wins the takeover battle with GPT. They win either way as the investment is accreative to earnings if they end up with CPA, but if GPT win we benefit from the higher price on the 15% of CPA that we already own.
