Agree with your sentiments.
CAP has certainly fallen from grace and the daily traded volumes are so low, if you wanted to pick up a decent parcel (250,000 share plus), CAP would be through 22c plus in a flash.
I currently have the average daily traded volume at 31,000 shares.
I still like the CAP story, I just don't see a short term cataylst for the SP to move........
I need a lower bottom draw for CAP.
