The legal battle in Singapore will definitely take another two years or so before they get a verdict and thereafter, as Mr Flannery indicated at the very end of the AGM, enforcement will be tricky but at least they have frozen 51% in KRL which will hopefully cover the costs of the proceedings.

That said I wouldn't count on significant payments from Bayan in the near future and, as the share price indicates, the market doesn't either. But as explained above WEC also has an operative businesss which is very promising.
