I think the lack of mention is an answer in and of itself.

Todays "excitement" and 13% gain will fade quicker than the LOI of which we've heard nothing.

Lacking in today's AGM was info on;

1) Mr Goh's interest free 3 year loan.

2) The recent LOI which is overdue.

3) The Philippines LOI of 2 years ago.

4) The missing $5.1m obligation to Luye.

5) A sheetload of other stuff that is all a disgrace.

I will take this uptick in the price, which is probably more "creating a false market", to exit.

I will not forgive or forget until there are gaol sentences for what is clearly criminal behaviour.

It may be a long time.
