Dazza no chance of that happening. All FPO shares rank equally, they can't pickout pre cons holders for any special distribution I'm sorry to say..
Have you considered averaging down, imo mc ~ $10m will be dirt cheap into next year when they are getting closer to production. Diamond drilling begun & PFS due any time now.
