what happened to the deal with noble group?

Weren't we suppose to issue convertible notes to Noble Group that will make up 10% stake if converted to equity?

I would like an update on this matter, as its gone quiet for long.

I'm curious where Noble Group is going, as they just taken up a over 20% stake in the merged COK/BWD.

Street talk has it also working out with Yanzhou Coal is privatizing YAL.
