PKO is all Asian.
PKO directors know how to do business in Asia. Even before PKO was formed, that was their hunting ground.

As they say 'everything starts with an idea' but that means stuff all. You need a sale. And PKO know how to sell themselves, particularly in Asia, that why the company is exciting. It is rare bred. Albers cant do that, and he knows it.
