Au, my heart goes to the GGP shareholders and I hope they are able to overcome the current situation.

I am confident that MF and our management will put GGE shareholders interest first. It is GGP's interests to keep the Napville assets as they have value which is likely to increase and produce cash which they do not have.

For us to buy the GGP WI at market value would be on financials a poor return imo. We can drill a new well for $10k/bbod by drilling but cost at least $50k/bbod to purchase from GGP. If GGP were a seller they would want market value therefore there is a quandry. Particularly with other parties expressing interest in Napvill. In my opinion we should, where commercial possible, do what we can to assist the cousins to keep the WI.

The sinkhole has greatly effected both companies and mostly the residents of Napville. Had that not occurred the project would be at least 6 mths earlier with 3 wells drilled and more to come. My view is our options would have been in the money and we would have plenty $ to pay market value to GGP which would have financed their projects. Unfortunately for all that did not happen

If I was GGP mgt I would buy some GGE shares and do nothing else for a while but manage the cash and sort out the mess with shareholders. That is not a plug for GGE but a financing plan for GGP more preferable to further dilution.

We can all learn a great deal from our mistakes and whilst I am excited at our position today it is always worthwhile to learn from ours and others mistakes and also consider others.
