Please tell me how they are going to fund anything without a CR?

I am trying to work out the cash situation but it is muddy with the takeover. By my calcs they have less than 12 months and maybe less than 6 months cash after paying for CEN shares and the loan to CEN plus normal expenditure.

I am LT bull but can't see how they go forward without a CR within 3 months and at the moment that would most likely be between 12-15c which I would try to participate in.
