I looked it up on the ASX site.
S3 means that it is a ‘block special crossing’ and XT stands for a crossed trade (ie. where unrelated buyers and seller are from the same market participant).
Given that this trade (47 million shares) represents 2.7% of the issued number of shares, we may get ASX announcements re: increasing/decreasing holdings by substantial shareholders and/or ceasing to be/becoming a substantial shareholder.
