Agree that Director resignations can be a bit of a worry, but being a "glass half full" kind of guy I'm happy to believe the formal reasons provided to the market explaining the resignations.
I have communicated with Paul on the matter and was satisfied with his comments. If you are worried, I'd suggest you do the same.
It doesn't look like the market is too concerned at this point which is good.
