re: Ann: Rialto completes transaction with Vi... Looks like it will stay around these prices because the market expected this announcement. What we really need to kick this along is expert opinion from analysts confirming the previous view that Vitol's involvement with Rialto is worth fifteen cents per share and then follow that up with an announcement giving some details as well as the time frame for conclusion of the Development Plan for Gazelle. Lets hope is imminent. We also need the retail brokers to believe in and sell this story rather than be looking for an exit for clients they put into this stock at higher prices in the past.
